I am the State Business Head of MP & Chhattisgarh of PNB Housing and have been supervising Chitransh, CJ (as I commonly refer him) since 2018 when he joined the team lead, DST (Direct Sales Team), as an Area Sales Manager (ASM).

Chitransh directly manages a team of 23 Regional officers and 2 Team Leads as part of his endeavor to drive the Home Loan (HL)/ Loan Against Property (LAP) business from one of your biggest branches, Indore, and nearby areas. Over the last 3 years, I have seen him growing exponentially in the organization not only in terms of exceeding his revenue targets, but also in terms of nurturing and growing his team to lead challenging assignments. Together we have worked on several critical assignments including and not limited to improvement in key mortgage metrics (login ratio, disbursement volume, insurance penetration, lowering of customer acquisition cost) across the state, rollout, and adoption of ACE platform to enable contactless customer onboarding etc. Today, he is one of my most critical and trusted resources in the firm.

I have closely monitored his performance during the above-mentioned tenure, and strongly recommended him for not fast-tracked promotion in the firm, but also for several state and pan India awards.

We enjoy a great personal rapport outside work, and whenever I visit Indore, we go out for dinners and discuss a wide range of topics from his key focus areas in the next period, to the latest updates in cricket and cars (our common love).
